Remember—your support person is never here to judge, and nothing you say in your journey should ever be seen as offensive. This is your space. As practitioners, our goal is to do what’s most helpful for you.

We want to make sure our time together is meaningful, safe, and effective. To do this, we regularly check in using tools like Outcome Rating Scales (ORS) and Session Rating Scales (SRS). These help us understand how you're experiencing the sessions, what’s working, and what could be more helpful. You're always encouraged to share honestly—whether something resonated or didn’t quite land. Your voice helps guide the process.
